Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made via email or your booking account. Policies vary by booking type and timing.

  • Flexible Rate: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before check-in (12 PM on arrival day).
  • Standard Rate: 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before check-in.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds after booking confirmation.
  • Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): 1 night’s charge or full prepayment retained.
  • No-Show: Full prepayment forfeited.
  • Group/Event Bookings: Custom terms; requires written confirmation at booking.
  • Peak Periods: Stricter rules during festivals/holidays (e.g., Diwali, Pongal).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only to eligible prepaid bookings. No refunds for:

  • Post-check-in cancellations or early check-outs.
  • Additional services (e.g., food, laundry, transport).
  • Third-party bookings (e.g., OTAs like Booking.com).
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government lockdowns).

Overpayments or booking errors qualify for full refunds upon verification.

Refund Process

  2. Receive confirmation within 24 hours.
  3. Eligible refunds processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method (card, UPI, net banking).
  4. Gateway/transaction fees (2-3%) are non-refundable.

Partial refunds for shortened stays prorated daily, minus fees.

Special Cases

  • Early Check-Out: Pro-rated refund minus 1 night’s fee.
  • Overbookings/Double Charges: Full refund plus compensation if applicable.
